Most items have a short production wait and ship as soon as they are produced. We ship via FedEx and USPS whichever is more economical. Keep in mind that FedEx does not consider Saturday & Sunday as business/shipping days. We DO NOT ship outside the United States with the exception of Canada.
RETURN POLICY Please remember that due to the
hand finishing of many of our products,
slight variations may be possible and are the nature
of this type of artistry.
However, if for some unforeseeable reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to discuss a refund with you within 5 days of receipt of your item(s). We do not refund shipping fees or shipping costs incurred for the returned items.

Only items that are in new, resellable condition will be accepted. Any items returned that are found to be used in any manner will not receive a full refund.
